Ages to Ages - Transitions to Independence
Place of Hope's Ages to Ages - Transitions to Independence program is a comprehensive, State-required Independent Living program for all teens in residential care at Place of Hope as well as other foster and dependent children residing in facilities, foster homes, and relative/non-relative placements throughout the region. Ages to Ages endeavors to assist young people to achieve proficiency in core living skills, such as budgeting, banking, homemaking, parenting, education, and career planning to enable them to transition to self-sufficiency and become productive members of society.
Place of Hope also strives to increase the educational attainment of transitioning youth so they can successfully reach their personal goals and dreams, expand their employment opportunities, and reach their full God-given potential.
