Haley Winstead

Angel Moms President – Boca Raton

Haley Winstead is a dedicated community leader whose philanthropic efforts reflect a deep passion for service and meaningful impact. Prior to relocating to Boca Raton with her husband, Brad, 12 years ago, Haley built a successful career in sales and relationship management in Charlotte, North Carolina. After the birth of their second child in 2017, she chose to step away from her professional career to focus on raising her family.

Since 2021, Haley has been an active volunteer with Place of Hope at the Leighan and David Rinker Campus, serving both independently and alongside her husband and children. In her role as an Angel Mom, she advocates for youth aging out of foster care, families in crisis, survivors of human trafficking, and homeless youth. Her work focuses on raising awareness, mobilizing volunteers, and supporting fundraising efforts to meet critical needs.

Haley has been nominated for the Junior League of Boca Raton’s 2024 Woman Volunteer of the Year, and she and her husband were honored as the 2025 Jay DiPietro Heroes of Hope for Place of Hope’s Rinker Campus.

She currently serves on the Angel Moms Leadership Board and as President of Angel Moms for Place of Hope’s Boca campus and is a member of the “God’s Children. Our Future.” Campaign Committee. She is also involved with several nonprofit organizations, including the Boca Raton Historical Society, Impact 100 Palm Beach County, and the Junior League of Boca Raton.

Christy Hamilton

Angel Moms President – Palm Beach

Christy Hamilton now lives in West Palm Beach with her husband Nathan and their two children, after spending nearly 15 years in New York City. Prior to relocating to Florida, she was a member of the New York Bar Association and held executive roles at Flywheel Sports, DreamDry, and Sakara Life in brand development and operations. She continues to serve as a strategy consultant for wellness and lifestyle startups nationwide.

Her commitment to children’s philanthropy began early, inspired by witnessing the effects of poverty and training as a Guardian Ad Litem Case Coordinator during college. Christy is passionate about community impact and empowering the next generation, and she continues to use her experience to help Place of Hope strengthen its presence and long-term impact in Palm Beach County.

Faiza Frownfelter

Angel Moms President – Jupiter

Faiza Frownfelter is a seasoned business leader, writer, and advocate whose career has been defined by a commitment to impact – whether shaping national narratives and policy on some of the most critical national security issues or standing up for the most vulnerable in her community. Born and raised in New York, Faiza launched her career in the Big Apple before relocating to the Washington, D.C. area to run her firm, and recently planted new roots in Jupiter, Florida, where she now lives with her husband, Jim, and is the devoted mother of six children. Two years into calling the Sunshine State home, she has already found her place – investing in her community and the causes she holds closest to her heart.

For fourteen years, Faiza led a strategic policy and communications firm advising the U.S. government on nuclear weapons and nonproliferation – work that demanded precision, courage, and an unwavering sense of purpose. A former writer for The New York Times, she has long understood the power of storytelling to move hearts and inspire action. In 2024, she stepped away from her firm to focus on what matters most: her family and full-time philanthropic service.

That calling has brought her to Place of Hope. As a new Angel Mom for the Wellington Chapter, Faiza brings with her years of hands-on work in child abuse prevention, anti-trafficking initiatives, and charitable fundraising. She knows firsthand that meaningful change requires both strategy and compassion – and she brings both in abundance.

Faiza believes every child deserves safety, dignity, and a future full of possibilities. Through her leadership, she hopes to expand awareness for Place of Hope’s mission, mobilize her community, and help create brighter futures for the children and families who need it most.

Hasti Kashfia

Angel Moms President – Wellington

A wife, mother of two, entrepreneur, and founder of multiple brands and businesses, Hasti brings thoughtful leadership, strategic vision, and a deep passion for helping vulnerable children and families thrive. Her philanthropic work has long centered on children affected by trauma and families facing adversity, and she believes lasting impact happens when communities come together with purpose and compassion.

As this Angel Moms chapter is still in its infancy, we are incredibly grateful for Hasti’s leadership and commitment to building something meaningful for Wellington and western Palm Beach County.

Renee Feder

Angel Moms Leadership Board Member- Boca Raton

Renee Feder is a dedicated community volunteer with over 40 years of service in Boca Raton, primarily focused on children, youth, and family services, medical initiatives, and local philanthropy. She has held leadership and board positions with Place of Hope, Impact 100 Palm Beach County, Junior League of Boca Raton, Boca Raton Historical Society, Raton Community Hospital, Lynn University Friends of the Conservatory, Florence Fuller and many other local organizations. Renee also enjoys creating custom decor and event design for nonprofit fundraisers. Grateful for the opportunity to serve, she and her husband David were honored with the 2021 Jay DiPietro Hero of Hope Award, and she received the 2025 Angel of Hope Award from Place of Hope.

Liz Wolcott

Angel Moms Leadership Board – Palm Beach

Liz played a key role on the Co-Chair Committee for the inaugural Palm Beach Dinner, helping raise more than $1.2 million in support of the Villages of Hope expansion at the Kid’s Sanctuary Campus. An entrepreneur, wellness advocate, and dedicated philanthropist, Liz brings both heart and expertise to her work.

Her commitment to service is rooted in her belief that every child deserves a safe, loving environment and the opportunity to build a brighter future. We are grateful for her leadership and continued impact.

Zaicha Spodak

Chair, Advocacy & Awareness – Boca Raton

A longtime Palm Beach County resident, Zaicha Spodak lives in Delray Beach with her husband and two children. Deeply rooted in the community, she has built both her personal and professional life around the relationships that make South Florida special.

For the past four years, she has been actively involved with Place of Hope and is deeply passionate about its mission. She has seen firsthand the meaningful impact the organization has on children and families. Her commitment has also inspired her family, including her daughter’s volunteer involvement and creation of a school club supporting the organization.

Professionally, Zaicha works with Douglas Elliman, representing one of Boca Raton’s premier residential developments. She is committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships while continuing to support initiatives that strengthen families and invest in the next generation.

Nicole Stelzer

Nicole is a dedicated advocate for Place of Hope and a valued member of the “God’s Children, Our Future” Campaign Committee. She brings both passion and purpose to her role, along with expertise in fundraising and building strategic partnerships that help expand the organization’s impact across the community.
