Fit for Hope Day at HEW

Place of Hope and Hard Exercise Works (Palm Beach Gardens) are partnering up!
There will be two fun-filled workout classes at 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The workouts will be designed around foster care statistics! For example: 100 air squats for the 100 children that are removed from their homes each month in our region due to abuse and neglect.
NO DROP-IN FEE! Just a suggested donation of $10 for the foster children and youth at Place of Hope! Please come 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver.
Place of Hope’s staff and foster families will be there! This will be a fun FAMILY workout and great for all ages!
