Barefoot Fusion is a training method blending together power yoga, Pilates, body-weight strength exercises and cardio. Expect lots of flow and movement combined with lengthening and strengthening to transform your mind and body. It’s a hybrid of all barefoot modalities set to upbeat, house rhythms. Bring a mat!
