Join us on the water for Place of Hope’s 6th Annual KDW Fish for Hope Fishing Tournament at Tiki 52 on Friday, May 13th & at Harbourside Place Jupiter on Saturday, May 14th.
One of a kind, our annual Kingfish, Dolphin, Wahoo tournament is raising critical funding to care for local foster children, homeless youth, families in transition, and survivors of human trafficking!

When you register, please select from the team drop down the name of the child you would like to fish and raise funds for! (i.e. “Choose Aiden”) Each angler is encouraged to collectively raise funds and fish in honor of the foster child or youth you select. We will provide you content and links for you to share with friends, family, and colleagues. Each angler is encouraged to raise a minimum of $1,000 for your child/youth using your personal
online fundraising page! The boat who raises the most will win our Grand Prize.

Place of Hope’s Kingfish, Dolphin, Wahoo Tournament will be an
exciting fishing tournament directly and immediately benefiting
hundreds of abused children, youth, and families in desperate
need throughout Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and
Okeechobee counties.

Tournament Rules
1. Weather: The decision to fish is solely the captain’s choice. All anglers fish at their own discretion and risk. No entry refunds.
2. At least one member of all tournament registered boats MUST check-in with a tournament representative at the Captain’s Meeting to qualify for prizes.
3. Lines in at 6:30 a.m. – Lines out at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, May 14.
4. All state and federal recreational fishing rules governing weight, size, bag limits and licensing must be observed. Only legal sized fish will be weighed.
5. Eastern boundary is 25 nautical miles from the weigh-in station. Fishing in the Bahamas is prohibited.
6. All fish must be caught on rod and reel (no electric reels). Kites, downriggers, planers and wire lines are permitted. No line test restrictions.
7. Only one (1) fish per category, per boat, can be entered in all categories.
8. Tournament scales open at Tiki 52 at 1:00 p.m. and close at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 14. All fish weighed-in must be accompanied to the scale by an angler from the boat on which it was caught and be weighed the presence of the Official Tournament Weigh Master.
9. No mutilated fish will be weighed. In the event of a tie (identical weights), an award will be given to first angler at weigh-in, the other fish will become eligible for the next lowest award category if applicable.
10. Tournament will monitor channel (to be announced at Captain’s Meeting).
11. Prize categories include: Top Fundraiser, Heaviest Fish Overall (min. 10 lbs.), Heaviest Kingfish, Heaviest Dolphin and Heaviest Wahoo, Women’s Heaviest Fish Overall, Junior Heaviest Overall (Junior Anglers must be 14 or under to qualify). The prize for Heaviest Kingfish, Dolphin and Wahoo will be a trophy.
12. Team fundraising ends at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 14. The winner will be announced during the Awards Party.
