Place of Hope 30 in 30 Challenge – Charles Bender

Join me in Place of Hope's 30 in 30 challenge! I am choosing to double up the challenge and run 60 miles in 30 days to raise critical funds to support the over 340 foster children, homeless youth, families in transition and human trafficking survivors in care at Place of Hope. Many of our events were canceled. So my team and I are getting creative, lacing up our sneakers and hitting the streets - literally - to help make up for the funding not raised through our annual signature fundraisers. Every dollar raised through this fun peer-to-peer #challenge will be matched 100% by Place of Hope's Emergency Response Matching Fund. I hope you will consider sponsoring a mile with a gift of any amount. We are #StrongerTogether for the kids at Place of Hope.

About the Campaign

Thank you for being a part of Place of Hope’s 30 miles in 30 days challenge! Your donation will help provide stability, love and hope for the future for children in foster care, young adults who have aged out or who are homeless, young teenage mothers and will help provide restoration and recovery services for human trafficking survivors. Thank you for helping us to provide comprehensive services to so many in need.

Place of Hope has experienced heavy financial setbacks since the onset of the COVID-19 crisis due to being forced to cancel several major events. After receiving many positive and generous responses from our dedicated community of mission supporters, we were able to put together the COVID-19 Emergency Response Matching Fund. Every donation made through this matching fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling every its impact. To make a direct donation, visit (Designate COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund).

Thank you to our Emergency Response Matching Fund Partners who made this fund possible:
