Tom Lane

Tom Lane is Vice Chairman of a private equity firm, Energy Capital Partners (ECP), with offices in NJ, TX and CA. ECP invests in energy infrastructure assets, and has $20 billion under management. He was previously a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs where he worked for almost 20 years in the Energy and Power group in NYC. Tom serves on the Board of Wisconsin Energy.

Tom also serves on the non‐profit boards of Street2Street and UYI Legacy Foundation, in addition to Place of Hope. Tom is a graduate of Wheaton College (Wheaton, IL) with a BA in Economics and he holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. Tom and his wife Kathleen have four children, and nine grandchildren.
