A Village of Hope for Young Adults, Single Mothers, and Families
Place of Hope at The Leighan and David Rinker Campus offers a lifeline to some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Through faith-based, state-licensed programs, our Leighan and David Rinker Campus provides affordable transitional housing, independent living programs, life-skills development, and wrap-around supportive services for:
- Emancipated foster youth
- Homeless youth
- Single mothers with dependent children
- Survivors of human trafficking
Our mission is to equip each person with the tools to achieve healthy independence, dignity, and stability, ultimately disrupting the generational cycles of abuse, exploitation, poverty, and despair.

At the heart of our Leighan and David Rinker Campus is our original campus, which includes the James and Claudine Kirkwood Administration, Program and Outreach Center, the Jeannine and Leland Morris Arts, Education & Wellness Center, and the Lane Enrichment Center.
The campus is also home to our Alumni Impact Girls Cottage, which serves female aged-out foster youth and homeless young women, as well as our Mommy & Me Cottages for single mothers with dependent children: the Leighan Roberts Rinker Parenting Cottage, the Kelly Wood Flemings Cottage, the Moss Family Cottage, and the Warren Family Cottage.
Within our Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Village are two complexes of affordable transitional housing, part of our Villages of Hope program: our Gary Peters Family Foundation Complex, and our Schmitt Family Complex. Both complexes provide eight two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartments for our residents. In our Jo Ann and Philp Procacci East Village are three triplexes that also are a part of our Villages of Hope Independent Living program: our Susan and Peter Brockey Cottage, our Ethel’s Place Made Possible by Gary & Cecilia Peters, and our Stoops Family Foundation Cottage. Also in the East Village is our new Family Life & Event Center.
On our southern most campus is our Begnoche Family Sports Court, our Beginnings of Hope Child Development Center, and our Michelle Hagerty Outreach Center which provides critical essentials for both campus residents, as well as relative and non-relative caregivers in the community, and families in crisis in the community. Our campus provides many playgrounds for our young moms and their children including: DeVries Toddler Playground, GL Homes Playground, and coming soon is our Procacci Playground. Our beautiful campus features three visitation and prayer gardens including: our Procacci Prayer Garden and our Janettis Family Prayer Garden.

The Jo Ann and Phillip Procacci East Village

A new East Village, thanks to a lead gift from Jo Ann and Philip Procacci, at the northeast side of campus will be the location for three affordable transitional housing triplexes. These transitional housing triplexes will provide housing for up to 36 young adults with dependent children as well as a 5,000 square foot multi-purpose Family Life & Event Center which can be used for both private and public events on campus. This new village will include gardens and beautiful landscaped areas that truly make this area feel like its own community within the campus. We are grateful for the generosity of three families in Boca Raton who stepped up to provide funding for the lead gift on all of these new buildings. Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Village

A four-building village featuring 32 two-bedroom cottages in total, providing transitional housing and comprehensive support to former foster youth, homeless youth, single mothers with children, and survivors of human trafficking.
Schmitt Family Complex
Est. 2023
Part of the Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Village, this complex includes eight two-bedroom cottages, creating a community for youth in transition.
Gary Peters Family Transitional Housing Complex
Est. 2020
Also within the Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Village, this complex offers eight two-bedroom cottages supporting young adults and single mothers in the Villages of Hope program.
