Young Adults

Villages of Hope is a sister entity of Place of Hope serving aged-out foster youth and otherwise homeless youth, single mothers with dependent children and human trafficking survivors.

We provide a supportive and proactive living and learning environment primarily for youth who “age out” of the state’s foster care system. On September 19, 2006, Villages of Hope acquired a residential community (located in northern Palm Beach County) to provide affordable housing and assistance to youth as they develop life skills and resources and transition to healthy independence. On any given day, Villages of Hope across our Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Campuses will serve 30 youth ages 18 to 25 in our supervised transitional apartment setting.

Life skills training and development opportunities will also be made available to young adults in transition who are living with family members, and friends, in other facilities, and attempting to live on their own.

Every Mothers Advocate (EMA)

ĒMA is a court approved, prevention program designed to advocate for moms in crisis to preserve their families. We pair moms at-risk of losing their children into foster care with our professional team of Care Coordinators and a volunteer ĒMA Advocate who builds meaningful relationship and provides holistic support, ensuring every mother has an opportunity to thrive. Our outcome-based model empowers families to achieve stability and stay together.

THE ĒMA PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT MOTHERS IN CRISIS WHO ARE:

  • Experiencing poverty
  • Have children in foster care
  • At-risk of family separation
