Peter Brockway was among the first professionals to be active in the private equity industry in the southeastern United States. Over a 35-year career in private investments, Mr. Brockway and his colleagues have partnered with numerous middle market companies in diverse industries to grow their businesses.

Mr. Brockway currently serves as Executive in Residence at Wake Forest University. In conjunction with the School of Business faculty, he developed a course on Private Equity for Wake Forest in 2017 and has been teaching this course since that time.   In his private equity career, was an owner and Managing Director at Trivest, Inc. in Miami, and formed Brockway Moran & Partners, Inc. in Boca Raton in 1998, where he served as a Managing Partner.  Subsequently, he was Senior Advisor at Blue Sea Capital in West Palm Beach upon its formation, and serving from 2013 until 2018.

Mr. Brockway serves as a Trustee of Wake Forest University, a board member of Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation, Chair of Boca Helping Hands Endowment, and a board member of Boca Helping Hands.

Mr. Brockway earned a BBA from Stetson University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.  He and his wife Susan, who has active at Place of Hope in a variety of ways, reside in Boca Raton, FL.  They have two grown daughters and two grandchildren.
