The children and youth at Place of Hope have experienced tragedies of abuse and neglect. Will and Dorson were living on the street, Rasool was not eating, Kerri was exposed to drugs and an unsafe lifestyle, Josh was abused and witnessed the abuse of his younger sisters, Ryan did not know what it was like to sleep in a bed and Mary did not have anyone to show her love or compassion. At Place of Hope, they found stable adults who responded to them with love and integrity. They found beds to sleep in, food to eat, safety, stability, compassion and hope. They found family. They were able to overcome their pasts, to heal and to grow. Now they are each pursuing higher education or furthering their careers! We are so proud of the men and women they have become!

“Bringing Smiles to Children’s Faces”

Place of Hope really cares for those in need. The smiles on the children’s faces are so wonderful and uplifting. Everyone at Place of Hope works so hard to make sure they provide for these amazing children! Love!
